One option I'm pointing beginners to is Quick Sales Formula. It's a step-by-step approach for complete beginners, and the seller says it works without paid ads, a website, SEO or making videos.
The seller also says it's simple enough to set up yourself, with no tech skills and no one to hire, and that it takes about 15 minutes a day.
I can't tell you what results you'll get, and nobody honestly can. Read the page, run it through your checklist, and decide if it fits you.
